Elliptacal FAIL!

So I was Well into my second work out on the Elliptical I mean 27 min into it and CRASH!
The left peddle fell onto the floor with me still standing there.... WOW really!

I look at it and its stripped out the screws and would not go back together at all, believe me I spent 45 min working on it

So we took it back....

I got another one that now I will spend all day tomorrow putting together.

Its a set back but its at the start so I think I will bounce back!

So I'm halfway into day one haha
I started off really bad with breakfast at Ihop, where I had two blueberry pancakes (so fruit right?!)

Also had some coffee (with splinda not sugar) and a glass of water (yay!)

I think my distance is off on my elliptical though...
I ran for 30.12 min
Burned 112 calories (per elliptical)
4.4 miles (I dont think so!)


I'm going to do this one more time today though

Think Pink!

So I got threw one mile (or there bouts)
But I thought I was going to die already my legs burrning and my knees killing me...
I was just thinking I got to keep pushing for Carmen!
I wont give up for her :)

We are now in this together and so I will keep going, about another mile in I felt WAY better and though I was slap tired by the end I feel alot better about myself already!

My cat pulled the bathroom curtain down at about Mile 3 and the laughter made me push harder!

when I had 10 mins left my dog had to pee so I ran to the door and back with high knees... and then finished before letting him back in

It has been a great half day

Waight in

Today I stand at 134
135 is the most I have ever been so I keep teetering on that

I got on my new elliptical today just playing around and it kicked my butt in about 10 mins... so I've defiantly let myself get out of shape really bad.

Tomorrow I will start my real work out. My original goal was to do the elliptical for an hour everyday... but for now I think I might do two half hours every day so I can get my energy back up.

Pig out

Hahaha I wanted to spend the last few nights before the challenge begins on Sun, but I have been really sick the past 24hrs and all Ive eaten today has been a half wrap, a cookie and some banana pudding...

Hopefully this tummy bug will leave soon and I can pig out again hahaha!

3L The Biggest Loser Challenge intro

So I'm newly married and just got out of the Air Force and in the past 6 months I have done nothing of the sort for exercising.
I have gained 20lbs since my wedding and though I'm not sure I want to lose all 20lbs again I would be happy with 10-15lbs
I would like to get in shape and be alot more healthy for my best friends wedding where I am the Maid of Honor. Her wedding is in one year March 12th 2011
So my goal is to take what I learn on this challenge and keep pushing on for a whole outlook change!
