So I'm halfway into day one haha
I started off really bad with breakfast at Ihop, where I had two blueberry pancakes (so fruit right?!)
Also had some coffee (with splinda not sugar) and a glass of water (yay!)
I think my distance is off on my elliptical though...
I ran for 30.12 min
Burned 112 calories (per elliptical)
4.4 miles (I dont think so!)
I'm going to do this one more time today though

So I got threw one mile (or there bouts)
But I thought I was going to die already my legs burrning and my knees killing me...
I was just thinking I got to keep pushing for Carmen!
I wont give up for her :)
We are now in this together and so I will keep going, about another mile in I felt WAY better and though I was slap tired by the end I feel alot better about myself already!
My cat pulled the bathroom curtain down at about Mile 3 and the laughter made me push harder!
when I had 10 mins left my dog had to pee so I ran to the door and back with high knees... and then finished before letting him back in
It has been a great half day
