Today I stand at 134
135 is the most I have ever been so I keep teetering on that
I got on my new elliptical today just playing around and it kicked my butt in about 10 mins... so I've defiantly let myself get out of shape really bad.
Tomorrow I will start my real work out. My original goal was to do the elliptical for an hour everyday... but for now I think I might do two half hours every day so I can get my energy back up.

I definitely have to get into the groove whenever I start doing the elliptical too...it is always so hard in the beginning, but in the end I love doing it!
